На уточняющий вопрос, было ли задержание Белозерцева неожиданным для Кремля, Песков сообщил, что президента информировали "непосредственно о предпринимаемых действиях - имеется в виду арест и так далее".
- Он до сих пор трудился губернатором области. Пока мы не видели указа президента об утрате доверия, но этого нельзя исключать с учетом происходящих событий, - сказал Песков журналистам.
Ранее СК РФ заявил, что Белозерцев и его пять предполагаемых соучастников задержаны по делу о взяточничестве на сумму более 31 миллиона рублей, всем шестерым предъявлено обвинение. Басманный суд Москвы в понедельник может избрать губернатору меру пресечения.
По данным следствия, с января по сентябрь 2020 года Белозерцев получил от возглавляющего группу фармацевтических компаний "Биотэк" Бориса Шпигеля, его супруги и директора ОАО "Фармация" Антона Колоскова взятки через посредников в виде денег и иных ценностей на сумму, превышающую 31 миллион рублей.
Как заявляет СК, взятки передавались за предоставление группе компаний "Биотэк" конкурентных преимуществ при заключении госконтрактов, связанных с услугами по приемке, контролю качества и сроков годности, хранению, отпуску и доставке лекарств и медизделий, закупаемых за счет бюджета для нужд пензенских учреждений здравоохранения. Еще двое задержанных – предполагаемые посредники: водитель представительства правительства Пензенской области при правительстве России Геннадий Марков и заместитель директора представительства Федор Федотов.
В понедельник официальный представитель СК РФ Светлана Петренко сообщила, что СК предъявил обвинение Белозерцеву и его соучастникам, в зависимости от роли им инкриминируется дача взятки, получение взятки, посредничество во взяточничестве.
Добавим, что ТАСС сообщает о том, что задержанный Иван Белозерцев отрицает свою вину.
